We realise that dentistry can be quite expensive for families and rising costs can influence whether we choose to go ahead with any necessary deemed treatment. We believe every individual is unique and that financial circumstances can change from time to time. We offer the following options to ease the burden

 
 
 

 
 
 

HICAPS

We have an onsite terminal which allows us to do on the spot claiming. This means that you will only need to pay what your health fund does not cover. It is necessary that you bring your health fund card to every appointment you have with us.

EFTPOS Facilities

We accept all major EFTPOS and Credit Cards. Unfortunately we do not accept AMEX or Diners.

Veteran Affairs (DVA)

All veterans are welcome to attend our practice. We can also help arrange your travel through DVA priority taxi service. We are able to make claims through the department.

Cancellation or No-Show

We require a 48-hour notice to reschedule or cancel your appointments. Otherwise a No Show or Late cancellation fee applies.

In-house Financial Arrangement

If you require dental treatment and are holding off until you are in a position to cover the costs, we can organise an interest free payment plan. If this is something you would like to look into, feel free to discuss with staff. All payment plans need to be made prior to the start of treatment.

Child Dental Benefit Scheme (CDBS)

We accept any child that is under the age of 18 and qualifies for the scheme under Medicare. Parental or guardian consent is required. If you think your child may be eligible, please contact the Human Services department.
